An Attune installation includes introductory Intelligrams that provide you with important information about using Attune. While Attune can display these introductory Intelligrams, you will not receive any new Intelligrams without periodically connecting to the Internet. When you connect to the Internet, Attune automatically checks to see if there are any new Intelligrams for you.
How often should I connect? If you are using Attune at work, and your company has a dedicated (non-modem) Internet connection, Attune will automatically check for new Intelligrams once a day. On the other hand, if you use a modem to connect to the Internet, we recommend that you stay connected for about 30 minutes at least once a week. This will enable Attune to automatically retrieve the appropriate Intelligrams for you.
